Refunds, if provided, must be handled by City of South Lake Tahoe directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- Full credit will be given for cancellation prior to the class or activity if a 24 hour notice is given. 100% credit given if the department cancels. However, refunds are not offered for multi-use cards or day passes for facility use. Refunds take approximately three weeks to process.
The department holds the right to cancel classes if under minimum enrollment. Space is limited in most programs. All registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Participation in Recreation Services programs is at Your Own Risk.
Youth and Teen programs (STAR Camp) requires a cancellation notice prior to 5:00 pm the night prior (by phone call only with date and time of call 530-542-6056) to the designated activity in order to receive credit. There are no daily credit options for weekly payments (Monday-Friday discount rate).
